In conducting our business and our daily activities, we promote the utmost ethical and social commitment by adopting transparent values and principles of conduct. These values and principles are respected and implemented by every corporate body, employees, consultants, collaborators, agents and anyone who operates and works with eFm in any capacity.
Therefore, all conduct is based on transparency, loyalty, correctness, integrity and respect for the laws and regulations in force, as provided by the Ethics Code and Organizational and Management Model according to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, adopted and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 June 2015.”
